In my work I bring together two sides of integrity. I help organizations to protect their mission and the professionals that work within them. And I support professionals in navigating morally difficult decisions.
Because integrity is not only a matter of compliance but ethics work can’t do without careful compliance.

An complete integrity framework captures both ethics work and compliance. Only then can the integrity specialist properly support management and strengthen the organization.
As a seasoned consultant developing integrity systems and my experience as an integrity specialist I know when to push and when to give space.
Unlocking the knowledge of the professionals in the organization is the key I use to effectively lobby to change existing frameworks.
Working with NGOs and local, regional and national governments is my strong suit.
Training
In my trainings I focus on handling dilemmas, carefully managing risks, mapping vulnerabilities, strengthening leadership and on finding justice in armed conflict settings.
Participants always leave with tools they can immediately apply in their own work: e.g. decision-making models, risk checklists and development plans.
I carefully prepare workshop with the client so that the content is closely connected to the everyday practice of professionals. Every workshop format builds on existing and tested models.
Programmes can range from short preview workshops to multi-day trainings.
Coaching
In my coaching I work exclusively with consultants.
I can deepen your understanding of the role of ethos in organizational transformation processes. Together we think out loud how informal norms, historic injustices and value conflicts influence the organization beneath the surface. Consultants working in armed conflict zones, HR, governments and NGOs can benefit from my experience.

I have worked as an integrity consultant, interim integrity specialist, trainer and counsellor across multiple sectors and international contexts.
I hold a master's degree from the University of Humanistic Studies and have additional experience as a Moral Judgement Trainer, risk analyst and system analyst.
